Telling us your iPhone or iPad model and iOS version makes most problems quicker to find. If a sound behaved oddly, say which sounds were on and roughly how long the app had been playing.
No. Your mixes play without a connection or an account, including in airplane mode.
Yes. Playback continues with the screen locked, and the lock screen shows the usual play and pause controls.
Yes. Turn on Play With Other Audio in the app's Settings. While it is on, iOS gives the lock screen controls to the other app, so HushScape's controls are not shown there.
Tap the moon button and choose how long. Your mix stops when the time is up. The countdown shows in the app and in the Home Screen widget.
Tap a sound to turn it on, and drag up or down on it to set its level. Tap Adjust on a sound to shape its character, for example rain from drizzle to downpour.
Two sounds at once are free, and levels stay free. HushScape Pro lets three or more sounds play together and adds the character controls.
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling there stops the renewal, and Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Sign in with the same Apple ID, open the app's Settings and tap Restore Purchases.
Tell us which sound and what you heard. A click, a hiss or a level that drifts is something we can look into and fix.
